Fresh event jobs (mid-June 2026)

Tribeca's $300K live-events chair, a remote LangChain seat, and my old vendor directory is back.

The #EventProfs board added 49 active roles this week, all still open as of this morning.

I read through every one and pulled the five I'd forward to a friend job-hunting in events right now. Every one is director level or above, with the real salary band attached. The mix runs from in-house brand teams to an agency seat, remote and in-office both.

📣 Bringing back the vendor directory, as a Partner Marketplace

A while back I built a free vendor directory for the events industry. It came from watching planners burn an hour Googling "event photographer near me" at 11 PM, or asking the same question in five different Slack channels just to find one reliable vendor. People loved it.

Then I went out on my own, and I had to leave it behind.

I'm bringing it back, rebuilt as the Event Partner Marketplace. A curated directory of partners I trust across AV and production, venues, catering, event tech, entertainment, and branding. You filter by category, region, past clients, and real starting prices, with no more "contact for quote."

Two things stay true to the original: it's free, and it's not pay-to-play. What's different is that I'm reviewing every application myself, so everyone who gets in is an established vendor you can actually hand a show to.

It opens to browse soon. Right now I'm looking for the founding partners. Whether you run an agency, a venue, a supplier business, or your own freelance shop, get listed before it goes live. Apply here
