Fresh event jobs (late August 2026)
A $300K seat running Apple's Executive Briefing Center and the highest-paid fully remote events job on the board. Plus what a posted salary band tells you about a remote listing.
The #EventProfs board refreshed this morning with 132 new roles, 43 of them in the US. I read the US list and pulled the five I'd forward to a friend job-hunting in events right now.
Every one is director-level or above, has a real salary band posted, and was open when I checked it myself. Four of the five are at companies you already know, which is not how most batches look.
🧑🏻💻 Jobs in the Industry
🍏 Head of Executive Experiences & Innovation Lab @ Apple (Cupertino, CA | On-site) — Apple runs an Executive Briefing Center program and an Enterprise Innovation Lab for its largest enterprise customers, and this seat owns both globally with the Americas team reporting in. The lab work is on-device AI with those same customers, so the events craft comes with a product-strategy job attached. Top band on the board this batch at $276–300K. Apply here →
⚖️ Head of Global Events @ Harvey (San Francisco, CA | Hybrid) — Build the global events program at the legal AI company, starting with FORUM, its conference series for leaders across the legal profession. Harvey has the same role posted in New York, so you can pick a coast. $251–275K plus equity. Apply here →
🩺 Head of Commercial Events and Operations @ Philips (US | Remote) — The numbers in the posting tell you what you are signing up for: over 225 tradeshows a year and more than 80 internal meetings, inside the Image Guided Therapy Devices business alone. It is the highest-paid fully remote seat in the batch at $226–250K. Apply here →
🏛️ Event Planner, VP - Corporate Affairs @ Blackstone (New York, NY | Hybrid) — Own internal and external conferences at a firm with $1.3 trillion under management. The posting is explicit that the job leans on Blackstone's global supplier relationships and purchasing power, which is a different problem from the one most event leaders spend their week on. $201–225K. Apply here →
📦 Senior Event Operations Lead, Strategic Events and Executive Programs @ Amazon (New York, NY | On-site) — Production oversight and business affairs for Amazon Ads' marquee events. It is an individual contributor seat reporting to the Global Event Operations Lead, so you carry budget and vendor accountability without a team underneath you. $176–200K. Apply here →
📍 Three remote director seats, all with a band posted
Philips is one of three fully remote director-level roles in this batch that name a salary. Spring Health is hiring a Director, Strategic Events and Experiences, and Elite Technology a Director, Executive Events & Field Engagement, both at $176–200K.
The posted band matters as much as the remote part. A good number of the remote listings on the board show no salary at all, and I skip those, because the number gets decided somewhere I am not in the room for.
